Modern slavery statement

DIA Verde is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. While we are not legally required to publish a statement under the EU Directive on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings, we recognise the importance of taking a clear stance against modern slavery and human trafficking.

Our business

DIA Verde is a Portugal-based digital agency specialising in composable DXP solutions and SitecoreAI implementations. We operate as a consultancy, working with a network of associates and trusted partners. All work is delivered remotely, with no manufacturing, supply chain, or high-risk labour practices involved.

Our approach

We are committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring in our business operations and supply chain. Our approach includes:

  • We assess our supply chain and business relationships to minimise the risk of modern slavery or human trafficking
  • We work only with reputable suppliers and associates who share our values of integrity, fairness, and respect
  • We treat all associates and collaborators as independent business owners, operating transparently
  • We foster a culture of openness and accountability, encouraging anyone connected with our business to raise concerns without fear of retaliation
  • We comply with all applicable European Union and Portuguese laws and regulations relating to human rights and labour practices

Due diligence

We conduct due diligence on our suppliers and partners to ensure they meet our ethical standards. This includes reviewing their business practices and ensuring they operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations within the European Union.

Training and awareness

We ensure that our team members are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and understand how to identify and report any concerns. We provide training and resources to help our team recognise and respond to potential issues.
